Everything you need to know before getting started.

Azentus is the first PPC platform with self-evolving memory. Most tools apply rules that start from zero every day. Your Azentus agents remember every decision they have ever made, score their own effectiveness, and stop repeating strategies that failed. They also use AI Foresight — checking every decision against their own history before touching your campaigns. The result: your AI gets measurably smarter over time — not just faster.

No. Azentus is built for sellers who want results without becoming PPC experts. Connect your Amazon or Google account, set your monthly budget, and the AI creates your entire campaign structure, manages bids, discovers keywords, and blocks wasted spend — autonomously. You get a weekly email summary of what happened. Most of our users never log into the dashboard after setup.

It depends on your margins. A good starting point: take your product price, subtract your costs (manufacturing, shipping, Amazon fees), and what remains is your break-even ACoS. For example, if you sell a product for $30 and your costs are $18, your break-even ACoS is 40%. Set your target below that — around 25-30% — to ensure every sale is profitable. Your AI agent will work to push ACoS as far below your target as possible while growing sales volume.

We recommend at least $500/month for Starter and $1,000+ for Growth. The AI needs enough budget to test keywords and gather data. Too little budget and the AI cannot learn fast enough — it takes clicks to identify winners and losers. A good rule of thumb: allocate 10-15% of your expected monthly revenue to advertising. Your AI agent works to put more of your budget behind the strongest opportunities while cutting proven waste.

Azentus manages your advertising, but advertising alone cannot fix every commercial problem. Results also depend on product quality, price, reviews, inventory, competition and the strength of your listing or landing page. Amazon eligibility and Buy Box status matter; Google conversion tracking and website experience matter. Azentus improves the advertising signals it can control and identifies commercial blockers that advertising alone cannot fix.

During onboarding, Azentus scans your existing campaign history and uses it to design your first plan. It may import proven winners, create fresh campaigns for gaps, and avoid repeating known waste, all under budget and ACoS guardrails. Your agents learn from past keywords, bids, and performance data so the account does not start from zero.

Yes. We connect via the official Amazon Advertising API and Google Ads API using secure OAuth. We never see your password, and you can revoke access at any time. Your data is never shared with third parties. Every AI decision passes through safety guardrails before touching your campaigns, including budget limits, bid-change caps, learning-phase protection, duplicate-action checks, memory-based failure checks, and emergency pause controls.

Yes. There are no contracts or lock-in periods. All plans include a 14-day free trial — your card is saved securely but not charged until day 15. If you cancel, billing stops according to your plan terms, and you can revoke Amazon or Google access from your account settings at any time.

Your AI agents monitor your campaigns around the clock. They analyse fresh performance data, calculate the ideal bid for every keyword based on your target ACoS and actual earnings-per-click, block search terms that spend without converting, promote terms that do convert, and redistribute budget from underperforming campaigns to winners. Every decision is logged with plain-English reasoning and internal confidence scoring — fully transparent.

Azentus is built for international sellers and advertisers. For Amazon, it supports major marketplaces across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America. For Google Ads, it adapts to the selected market, account currency, language context, and campaign type. Search campaigns do not require Merchant Center; Shopping and Performance Max require a connected Merchant Center catalog.

Google Starter runs Search only, so it does not need Merchant Center. Google Growth includes Search + Shopping, and Google Scale includes Search + Shopping + Performance Max, so Growth and Scale need a connected Merchant Center catalog. Amazon SB/SD activate when Brand Registry, brand assets, account capability, evidence, and budget support them.

Yes. Google Ads budget is separate from your Amazon PPC budget. Bundle users set and manage each platform budget separately so Amazon strategy changes do not silently consume Google spend, and Google campaign setup does not change Amazon PPC caps.
