Data from Connected Advertising Platforms
Amazon Advertising Data. When you connect your Amazon Advertising account to Azentus AI, we access your advertising data through the Amazon Ads API, including campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, sales, orders), keyword and search term data, campaign structure (budgets, bids, targeting settings), and product catalog information via the Amazon Selling Partner API. This data is used solely to provide and improve our advertising optimization service. We store campaign performance data for as long as your account is active. When you disconnect your Amazon Advertising account or delete your Azentus AI account, all Amazon advertising data is permanently deleted within 30 days. We do not sell, share, or transfer your Amazon advertising data to any third party. Amazon and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
Google Ads Data. When you connect your Google Ads account to Azentus AI, we access your advertising data through the Google Ads API, including campaign performance metrics, keyword data, audience signals, asset performance, and conversion data. This data is used solely to manage and optimize your Google Ads campaigns. We store campaign performance data for as long as your account is active. When you disconnect your Google Ads account or delete your Azentus AI account, all Google advertising data is permanently deleted within 30 days. We do not sell, share, or transfer your Google advertising data to any third party. Your use of Google Ads through our service is subject to the Google Ads Terms and Conditions. Google Ads is a trademark of Google LLC.

Azentus AI uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to analyze your campaign performance data and make automated optimization decisions on your behalf. These decisions include adjusting bids, modifying budgets, adding or removing keywords, restructuring campaigns, and pausing or activating campaigns based on the performance targets you configure.
Our AI processing is performed using trusted third-party AI/ML service providers under strict data processing agreements that prohibit the use of your data for any purpose other than providing our service.
You retain control over your account at all times. You can:
Review all automated decisions and their reasoning in your dashboard
Adjust your optimization targets and constraints, which guide future AI decisions
Pause AI activity on your account at any time through your settings
Disconnect your advertising accounts, which immediately stops all automated activity and deletes the connection

Automated decisions are based solely on your campaign performance data and the targets you configure. We do not use your data to train AI models for any purpose other than improving our service for you.
