Refund Policy

7-Day Free Trial

All Starter plans include a 7-day free trial. Your payment method is collected at sign-up for verification purposes, but you will not be charged until day 8. You may cancel at any time during the trial period and will not be billed.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the application or by contacting us at info@azentusai.com. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
  • Your AI agents will pause all campaign management at the end of the billing period.
  • Your data is retained for 30 days in case you wish to resubscribe.

Refunds

Because Azentus AI provides a 7-day free trial for you to evaluate the service before being charged, we do not offer refunds after the trial period ends and your subscription is billed.

If Azentus AI cancels your account (e.g., due to a Terms of Service violation), you will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, sales tax, and currency conversion. For payment-related inquiries, you may also contact Paddle directly through your purchase receipt.
